- Move any joint
Click a joint and drag the rings to rotate it: head, spine, shoulders, elbows, hands, every finger, hips, knees and feet.
- Copy it with your camera
Stand in front of your webcam and strike the pose. Hold still for a few seconds and the mannequin copies you, hands included.
- Set the scene
Add a background image or keep the studio backdrop, move the light around the sphere, and pick one of ten aspect ratios from 21:9 to 9:16.

What is Pose Studio?
A 3D posing tool. You put a mannequin in the exact pose you want, pick a saved person, and the AI generates a photorealistic image of that person in that pose.
How do I set the pose?
Three ways: start from one of 21 ready-made poses, click any joint and drag the rings to rotate it, or copy a pose with your webcam using AI Pose Capture.
Can I use my own face?
Yes. Save yourself (or anyone you have permission to use) in People, then pick them as the Person in Pose Studio.
Can I change the background?
Yes. Keep the clean studio backdrop or add a background image and the person is placed into it.
Which sizes can I create?
Ten aspect ratios, from 21:9 to 9:16. You frame the shot with the camera before you generate, and the result comes back in 2K.
Can I save my poses?
Yes. Save any pose you build and load it again later, on any person.
